GEO Tracking of Doctors

This was one of the most important features that enabled the client to know the real-time location of every doctor on its team. A live location of a doctors enabled a staffing and homecare agency to know which doctors can reach which patients the fastest. This function enabled a better management of the existing roster of care givers and helped to serve patients better. 

 

Rapid Appointment Scheduling 

As there is a real-time awareness of the locations of all the available physicians, it becomes easy to schedule appointments with patients. The patient won’t have to endure long wait times as the physician who’s nearest would be allocated to him or her. The scheduling of the appointment and notifying the physician of it takes a few clicks on a screen. 

 

Performance Rating

OSP included this feature in its solution for the client in order to help them serve their customers better. After every visit, the patients can rate the doctor based on the quality of care provided. A low rating would immediately be called into question, and the client can assess why it happened. This helps to maintain a certain quality of service and ensure that the customers get nothing but the best. 

Management Dashboard

The dashboard is highly user-friendly and aggregates business data into one consolidated interface. Using this, the management can view the monthly revenues, the doctors on roster, the number of visits, best-rated doctors, and so forth. Having all the vital operational information on the fingertips enables the management to make informed decisions about important aspects. 

 

Digital Payments 

OSP’s solution for the client enables the customers to pay for medical services online. Using smart, digital invoicing and features to include the services provided in the bill, the amount to be paid is generated quickly and the customers can make digital payments. The client may also offer pre-paid medical services as per the customers’ convenience.
